Sample Itinerary_________________________________________________

Day 1 Arrive in the capital city of San Jose, Costa Rica. Experience first-hand the traditional music and dances-- maybe even give it a try yourself!	Day 2 See the Legislative Assembly, National Museum, and historic Downtown San Jose. Learn about Costa Rica's history, economy, and politics.
Day 3 Do an optional community service project as a group. Read to local school children, paint a playground, and practice your Spanish.	Day 4 Hike around Arenal Volcano National Park and Lake. Relax in the hot water springs surrounded by tropical gardens.
Day 5 Go on a safari boat tour and learn about tropical wildlife. Look out for monkeys, alligators, and iguanas! White water rafting is another exciting group activity.	Day 6 Learn to surf or explore the sea life of Costa Rica by snorkeling in the temperate warm waters. Enjoy the white sands and palm trees.
Day 7 Take a guided nature hike across a series of hanging bridges and learn about the tropical cloud forests. Experience the excitement of the canopy zip-line tour.	Day 8 Take a tour of a coffee plantation and experience the passion that Costa Ricans have for their national sport by attending a professional soccer game.
